  • The suspension cannot be reversed

  • When the suspension period ends, your account will reopen

4. Pause Account

You can pause your account for 1 week or 1 month in your account settings.

During this period:

  • You will not be able to purchase any new entries or access your account.

  • No marketing communications will be sent to you

  • The pause cannot be reversed

  • When the pause period ends, your account will reopen

5. Permanent Closure

You can do this in your account settings.

  • You will not be able to enter any competitions

  • You will not have access to anything in your account.

  • You will not receive marketing communications from us.
